The KD-260 Regular Solid Packaging Machine is a horizontal flow wrapping system designed for pillow pack packaging of regularly shaped solid items across food, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods sectors. Manufactured with powder-coated carbon steel frame and 304 stainless steel product contact surfaces, the machine operates at variable speeds to accommodate both small batch runs and high-volume production lines. The unit forms, fills, and seals packages in a continuous motion, compatible with most heat-sealable flexible films used in commercial packaging operations. Standard delivery includes one set of forming shoulders for specified product dimensions, with custom forming sets available for unique product shapes.
